About us The Old Railway Inn is a stone building built around 1800. It enjoys a secluded position on the banks of the river Teify in beautiful West Wales. We are some 10 and 14 miles respectively from the market towns of Lampeter and Carmarthen. Paul and Irene are pleased to welcome you to this family run pub with its olde worlde features and open fireplace. The Old Railway Inn is ideally situated for salmon and sea trout fishing, bird watching, walking and generally exploring the surrounding countryside. The beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay are some 15 miles away, as is the seaside town of Aberaeron. We also carry a large selection of pamphlets for other interests such as fun parks, museums and wildlife reserves etc. |
